Just Paella

Once again at the Portobello market. Some delicious paella being cooked in the Spanish camp. This one seems to be the sea food paella.

For those of you who don't know what's a paella:
Paella is a Valencian rice dish that originated in its modern form in the mid-nineteenth century near Albufera lagoon, a coastal lagoon in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain. Many non-Spaniards view paella as Spain's national dish, but most Spaniards consider it to be a regional Valencian dish. Valencians regard paella as one of their identifying symbols.
